From 2019 to 2022 Development Nous’ survey team provided services to Gemco for the construction of the Angio and MRI Transportable Modular Complex and Kaweka Hospital on Canning Road Hastings.

The Iona area of Havelock North has been identified for residential growth since 1993 and was rezoned for residential development in 2018.

Since 2017 Development Nous Ltd has provided multi-disciplinary consultancy services for Kainga Ora Homes and Communities (originally Housing New Zealand) being involved in the development of 600+ residential units.

Development Nous undertook the Resource Consent and site survey for the new Hastings Health Centre located on St Aubyn Street in Hastings.

Development Nous became the main consultant for the Northwood Subdivision in 2016 and completed the final stages of the project in late 2019, being the remaining 60 residential lots.

The proposed Structure Plan includes provision for approximately 600 mixed density residential lots to be delivered by 2030.

Development Nous has been a consultant for Longlands Properties Ltd since 2017 and have undertaking various subdivision consent applications, surveying, civil engineering, and landscape design for the Tumu Timbers site on Maraekakaho Road.

Since 2017 Development Nous has been involved in the Planning, Civil Engineering, and Surveying for the multi-staged commercial development on Joll Road, Havelock North.
