Development Nous has been a consultant for Longlands Properties Ltd since 2017, working on various subdivision consent applications, surveying, civil engineering, and landscape design for the Tumu Timbers site on Maraekakaho Road.
In 2018, Development Nous prepared and submitted a subdivision consent application for the staged subdivision of the balance land at Tumu Timbers to create eight industrial lots. This included topographical land surveying, scheme plans, civil engineering design and documentation, and landscape design.
Subdivision consent was granted in May 2019, and the roadways, services, and landscaping for the subdivision were completed in June 2020.
Development Nous also prepared and submitted land use consents for the first industrial lot owner to construct a purpose-built industrial building. The building, proposed to house manufacturing, distribution, showroom, training facilities, and an administrative office, will have a gross floor area of 2,464.4m², with a footprint of 2,153m² and the remaining 311.4m² on the first floor. The ancillary office and facilities will occupy approximately 640m². The site will include 16 car parks, two of which will be accessible. The first-floor office will feature a boardroom, executive lounge, ensuite, storage, additional meeting rooms, and amenities.
