Since 2017 Development Nous Ltd has provided multi-disciplinary consultancy services for Kainga Ora Homes and Communities (originally Housing New Zealand) being involved in the development of 600+ residential units throughout the North Island.
Development Nous staff have had the opportunity to work closely with the multiple stakeholder groups and a vast array of architectural and land development consultancies and contractors to deliver well considered, and in some cases award winning, urban designed communities.
