Development Nous undertook the Resource Consent and site survey for the new Hastings Health Centre located on St Aubyn Street in Hastings. Planning applications covered the landuse components of the proposed facility as well as the subdivision of the existing Totara Health/ Bunnings property to allow for construction of the 3-storey building. Development Nous’ Survey team also undertook survey set-out of the building and subdivision for Gemco.
The building, designed by Architecture HDT, provides state-of-the-art facilities that are an asset to the community. The site is easily accessible with off road car parking to the rear of the building.
The building construction was completed by Gemco in early 2019.
