Brooklands North
(Brookvale / Romanes Structure Plan)
In 2019 Development Nous lodged the Brookvale Road and Romanes Drive Structure Plan and concurrent Resource Consent application for the initial stage of development (Area A). The proposed Structure Plan includes provision for approximately 600 mixed density residential lots to be delivered by 2030.
For the 3 years leading up to approval Development Nous was responsible for Planning, Urban and Civil Design as well as lodging the appeal and working with council to draft the new zone rules.
The first area of the Structure Planned neighbourhood is Brooklands North which comprises 104 lots over six stages. All six have been consented and engineering approval has been completed for the entire subdivision. Development Nous recently completed work on the second stage (37 lots) with the remaining 4 stages to begin construction early 2025.
