On receiving the above information, one of our staff members will contact you to organise an initial meeting at our Hastings office to discuss your project, free of charge. Any further communication/meetings will be charged on a time/cost basis on our standard hourly billing rates.

If agreed, Development Nous will present a Short Form Agreement for the discussed project, highlighting proposed work scope and nature of the services, estimated costs/fees, indicative time frames, billing schedules and general conditions of engagement. Any variation to the SFA will require additional consent.
