Rich Rise (Brooklands Subdivision)
This greenfield subdivision is located Havelock North situated between Meissner Road, Percy Berry Place, and Russell Robertson Drive. The site was one of the last blocks of land to be subdivided in the Arataki Urban Development Area and the last stage (10) of the Brookland III Development.
Development Nous began working on this project in 2017; to date there have been number of resource consents applications lodged and approved by Hastings District Council. The final resource consent brought the number of residential lots in this development area to 27, including stage 9 which shares that same access roadway from Meisner Road.
Development Nous’ involvement in this project included resource consent planning, urban design, survey, UAV mapping and photography, civil design, landscape architecture and project management services.
The final stages of construction administration are being undertaken for the project and will be concluded mid 2019.
