Development Nous completed Survey, Civil Design and Contract Management tasks on the 15 lot Coastal Residential subdivision in Whirinaki. Planning consent for this project was undertaken by Director Matthew Holder. 

The Northshore development incorporates lot sizes ranging between 1000-1500m² and construction of a 700m long roadway providing further coastal residential living to the landward side of the existing Northshore settlement.
