Development Nous (DNL) is a highly experienced team that is passionate about what we do. We have a commitment to quality and are recognised for our consistent delivery and service within the Hawkes Bay region.
DNL has a strong studio and team culture. Our team of professionally qualified, highly skilled people provide a full range of services from project planning through to completed construction.
DNL is made up of people from a diverse range of backgrounds who are free to be themselves and share views shaped by their identity and values.

What We Do
We offer a multi-disciplinary service with expertise in Surveying, Urban Design, Engineering, Town Planning, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Consultation and Project Management.

We work on projects big and small with a focus on green field development and urban regeneration. Our team has completed projects in mixed use, residential, health and age care, industrial, parks and open spaces, commercial, education and government.
We pride ourselves in a high level of senior staff involvement and aim to create solutions from rigorous application of both technical expertise and innovation.
A particular focus on policy ensures our services and outputs comply with all applicable regulations and standards.
