From 2019 to 2022 Development Nous’ survey team provided services to Gemco for the construction of the Angio and MRI Transportable Modular Complex and Kaweka Hospital on Canning Road Hastings. 

DNL’s survey team completed the following tasks:

- topographical survey

- site datum survey

- building set out for construction

- as built and cadastral survey

- title applications

The facility opened as ‘Kawkea Hospital’ in July 2022. The hospital features the latest in healthcare technology, modern layout and design.
