Catherine completed a degree in Resource and Environmental Planning with Honours at Massey University, Palmerston North in 2016.

Over the past 6 years she has had roles as a Resource Consent Planner within both the public and private sector and has gained sound knowledge of the Resource Management Act 1991 and Resource Consents planning including the correct process of vetting and processing applications, the notification processes and direct liaison with clients and customers to satisfy planning and RMA queries.

Catherine works as a Planning Consultant supporting DNL’s planning team to complete all aspects of the Resource Management Planning process. Catherine also provides a mentoring role for DNL’s junior staff.
